Charembeau is comfortably installed inside the imposing walls of an XVIIIth century farmhouse.

Sandra and André Berger and their team welcome you to the discreet charm of this residence surrounded by 7 hectares of hills and meadows.

From the top of the hill, Charembeau looks east towards the Plateau de Valensole, south towards the Luberon range, north towards the emblematic Montagne de Lure... and you can make out the Citadelle de Forcalquier to the west.

Edging forward on the lane and the majestic Luberon reveals itself, Forcalquier and the little village of Niozelles are within church bell reach.

Two thousand years ago, the Romans lived here next to the famous Via Domitia. Between their Villa and today's "Bastide", built under the French Revolution, farmhouses followed monasteries and since 1975 hôtel Charembeau.
