When booking, please specify your exact dates of arrival and departure.
Check-in from 3 pm to 8.30 pm
For “short stay” bookings (up to 4 nights)
The final booking confirmation will be sent after prepayment of the first night by bank card On Line or bank transfer.
For “long stay” bookings (+ 4 nights)
The final booking confirmation will be sent after prepayment of 50% of the amount of the stay by bank card On Line or bank transfer.
For group reservations policy, please contact us directly (+3 rooms).
The confirmation of the booking implies your acceptance and agreement of our cancellation policy as follows:

Stays starts at 3 pm. Cancellation time is based on this schedule.
For “short-stay” bookings (up to 4 nights)
- More than 4 days before the beginning of your stay: refund of prepayment minus 15€ cancellation fee
- Less than 4 days before the beginning of your stay: no refund of the 50% prepayment
- In case of no-show: the total cost of the stay will be charged
For “long stay” bookings (more than 4 nights)
- Up to 7 days before the beginning of your stay: refund of prepayment minus 15€ cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days and 48h before the start of your stay: no refund of the 50% prepayment
- Less than 48h before the start of the stay: the total cost of the stay will be charged
- In case of no-show: the total cost of the stay will be charged
